Our Story

We’ve got roots in both Germany and Colorado. Germans take their bread seriously. With a bakery always within walking distance, it’s easy to see why they grow up with an adoration for high-quality breads and rolls. We took the love and passion for excellent bread and brought it to Colorado using ingredients from farms in the USA and flavors that Coloradans love.

Our Bread

Our sourdough is made from a 150-year-old San Francisco starter, fed only with organic flour and triple-filtered water. We believe that great food is essential to a happy and healthy life.
